When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

What should I do if my Infinity Curl product does not work?

Attempt to charge your device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:

• The USB plug is firmly plugged into the socket (back circle).
• The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

How do I clean Infinity Curl Eyelash Curlers?

Please use the following cleansing instructions:

First make sure the device is disconnected from the USB cable and is not hot. Use a clean cloth and slightly dampen with clean water to gently clean the surfaces, pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Allow the device to air-dry.

When will I notice the benefits of the curler?

The Infinity Curl Eyelash Curler will provide immediate benefits as part of your regular beauty routine. The handset is suitable for daily use and curls will last about 24-hours.  

Is an eyelash curler bad for your skin?

The device has a variable temperature control which is a suitable temperature for eyelash curling. It uses skin-friendly silicon. Don’t worry, the heated eyelash curler doesn’t burn, pinch or create any discomfort! 

How to get the best results from a heated eyelash curler?

1. Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to switch on.
2. Green light indicator for low heat setting. Press button again to switch to higher heat setting, if required. Preheat for 10-30 seconds and it’s ready to use.
3. Gently clip eyelashes from the bottom upwards. Close the handles and hold for 3-5 seconds before releasing.
4. Repeat for other side.
5. Apply mascara for a more dramatic effect and use an eyelash comb to separate lashes (optional).

 How frequently should one curl their eyelashes?

Regular use is fine but no more than once a day.

Do's

1. Clean the eyelash curler after each use, keeping the hygiene in check to avoid any disruptive elements from encountering your face. 
2. Remove any mascara that you might have on your eyelashes in order to achieve better results.
3. Post the curling session, keep your eyelashes separated with a eyelash comb for maximum impact. 

Don'ts

1. Don't immerse the product or run under tap water to clean it, as this will damage the product.
2. Allow the curler to cool once you are finished using it. Make sure to clean and keep it away from dust. Not only will this prevent odors, it will also keep mold away hence preventing any skin infections. 
3. Don't use a curler excessively; restrict the procedure to at most daily.

How do I use the product step-by-step?

STEP 1: Wash the hair twice with our DAMANCI Clarifying Shampoo (Recommended only for Oily Hair) and dry the hair with a towel.

STEP 2: Apply DAMANCI Keratin treatment with application brush onto 1⁄2 inch of hair layer 1⁄2 inch away from scalp. Continue until the entire head has been treated.

STEP 3: Remove excess with a comb.

STEP 4: Allow the treatment to be established for 20 minutes. Blow-dry thoroughly with the help of a comb until hair is 100% dry.

STEP 5: Set iron at 450F degrees if the hair is not damaged and 380F degrees if the hair is moderate to severely damaged.
